JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
DEPARTMENT: CEO OFFICE
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the CEO. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

What You”ll Do
- Providing strategic administrative support to the CEO
- Processing and managing emails and calendar
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Booking travel flights and accommodations
- Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, as appropriate
- Setting up eSignature documents and ensuring proper completion.
- Initiate, complete and track orders and purchases
- Managing the upkeep of the office, including but not limited to, communicating with the cleaning company, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies
- Plan and execute executive team events, including catering, logistics, and travel
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
What You”ll Need
- 3+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to one or more executives
- Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment preferably in technology
- Highly proficient in Google Workspaces
- A can-do attitude and natural ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
