OVERVIEW
We are looking for a project manager to project manage our company’s major initiatives and projects. As part of the Operations team, PMO office, you will play a key role in enabling and ensuring the successful delivery of key company objectives through the implementation of a variety of projects that are cross-functionally impacting.
You will be responsible for managing and working with other departments’ team members to ensure that project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track. The ideal candidate has proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams towards achieving common goals and success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to initiate projects and manage all aspects of project management deliverables through the full project lifecycle through to completion
- Establish project meetings and effective project communication plan; Meet with project team members, help identity and resolve issues, monitor progress, submit project deliverables, ensure execution of project
- Report on project status by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Facilitate change requests
- Support and coordinate development of project deliverables: Review Boards updates, playbooks, and other project documentation needed to enable successful implementation
- Obtain sign-offs, acceptance of project deliverables
- Provide project status updates to senior management
- Conduct post-project evaluations
- Support and coach other project team members on project lifecycle, deliverables
- Help optimize PMO
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience of proven project management leading various types of initiatives (software related, operational)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Practical experience leading various types of teams through to successful completion of projects
- Strong understanding and use of formal project methodologies, knowledge of SFDC, Agile vs. waterfall methodologies
- Comfortable with project software tools
- Experience with Notion is a plus
- Highly organized, works well under pressure, can handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills and influence skills
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, high performance environment
- Process improvement mindset-oriented
