JOB TITLE: BILINGUAL FRENCH & ENGLISH -SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

  • Base Salary + Commission = $55,000- $75,000 OTE with no cap on earnings

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Should be well-versed in French & English both
  • Strong and clear written and verbal communication
  • Managing your work and collaboration in a highly organized and proactive fashion
  • Communicating brand/products effectively and clearly to prospects

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Outbound cold calling to prospects for English clients and Account management for French clients
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying qualified sales leads for the sales team.
  • Meet monthly targets and quota
  • Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our customer relationship
  • Being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to prospects in relation to Webware.io’s product

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or consulting background preferred
  • History of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Extremely comfortable engaging with prospects
  • Comfortable cold calling
  • You must be located in the GTA as this role requires in-person attendance at our Toronto office
