OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the product technology roadmap for Webware’s Digital Marketing Platform. The ideal candidate has experience using AI for content creation and had lead product roadmaps for both customer facing and internal teams tools. They must have a proven ability to leverage technology to both reduce operational costs and exponentially increase client, product and process scalability. They must also have a proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze internal delivery tools, identify inefficiencies and create a roadmap recommending technology and other optimizations that will improve efficiency and increase overall product margins
  • Research, recommend and implement strategic new technologies, including AI and ML, to reduce dependency on manual processes, specifically for content creation, driving scalable client growth
  • Define and establish metric tracking processes for core technologies to ensure efficiency and scalability goals are monitored and met
  • Define longer-term transformational opportunities for our technological platform and product experience
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and other globally distributed teams to identify, prioritize, design and deliver advanced products and technologies that will improve client engagement and delivery team efficiencies
  • Support technical and operational excellence, including defining system monitoring and response tools and processes
  • Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts
  • Work with Product and UX designers to ensure product features provide a world class user experience for internal and external clients
  • Identify and manage program blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate find balance between the business needs versus technical or operational constraints

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years managing and delivering results in a product management role with and emphasis on customer experience
  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
  • Excellent quantitative data analysis, critical-thinking skill and problem solving skills
  • Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products/services
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Experience working with virtual and international teams, managing diverse, multi-geography workforce across Canada, US, India
  • Work experience at a SAAS or technology company preferred
