WEBWARE PURCHASE ORDER AGREEMENT
This document explains the services that you are purchasing and next steps. Please review this agreement carefully.
In this Agreement, references to "you" shall mean the individual who signs this document, and/or the business which the individual owns, represents or is employed by and who is engaging Webware for the Services below. “We", "us", ‘Company’ and "our" shall mean PowerStores E-Commerce Limited, d/b/a Webware.io.
TOOL SETUP:
Instagram Insights - Profile Analytics, Reel Analytics, Audience Overview
PLATFORM ANALYSIS:
Initial Instagram Reels Review - Engagement Check, Keyword Analysis, Audience and Traffic Overview
Competition Analysis
Social Media Presence Analysis
PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION:
Reel Titles, Hashtag Planning
Metadata setup
Quarterly Review of Hashtags and Engagement Metricsv
CONTENT DESIGN AND CREATION:
Targeted Content Creation for Instagram Reels (1 per month)
Posting Reel Content on Instagram and other Social Media platforms
REPUTATION MANAGEMENT:
Manage accurate business listings across social media to improve visibility
Notifications and/or Responses to Mentions & Reviews
Brand Monitoring across Instagram
SOCIAL MARKETING:
Curate industry-specific Reels and share those on Instagram and other platforms (1 per month)
Track performance across social profiles
EMAIL CAMPAIGNS:
Email Campaign announcing new Instagram Reels
Email Newsletter - Once every 2 months
HOURS OF SUPPORT:
Usage of existing to 5 hours of support based on the current DS Plus/Pro/Max plan.
MAINTENANCE:
Monthly review of Instagram Reels performance
Updates to Reels based on algorithm changes
Audience engagement and response management
Your package includes:

Term and Termination
Term of agreement
This Agreement commences on the date signed by you below and will continue for the "Initial Term," which will be specified in this agreement. The contract will automatically renew for a period of 3 Months unless otherwise terminated by either party as per the terms of this Agreement.
As per the special offer, you agree to add on $199 + tax to your existing Digital Services plan for Instagram Reels Services.
Monthly service pricing during any automatic renewal term will be the same as that during the immediately prior term unless we have given you written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of the prior term. In such cases, the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter.
Non-payment:
If at any time you fail to pay your monthly hosting or monthly service fees, Webware will have the right to remove your website and content from public view.
Termination:
If at any time during the duration of this contract you wish to terminate this agreement, it can be done via a written notice to billing@webware.io at least 30 days before the date you wish to terminate by. If you wish to terminate during the Initial Term, you may do so by paying the early termination fee. Any payments made prior to the written request for termination will be non-refundable. After termination, we will provide you with the website HTML files, the design assets created under this contract and your customer data within 30 days of the termination date.
Early termination feee:
The early termination fee is calculated as the number of months remaining in the Initial Term multiplied by the monthly services fee.

Terms of service:
As a condition to receiving Webware’s services, you must agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. The Terms of Service (amongst other things) gives you permission to use our services, gives us permission to display your content, sets out payment and cancellation terms and outlines what content we will not allow you to display on your store/website. The Terms of Service can be accessed on our website.
Data storage:
Webware will retain any source files, such as product data, images, and text provided by you, for a period of 12 months from when the site has gone live for public view. We will not share these files with anyone outside of Webware and your organization. After 12 months, we will delete all source files.
