Cory York, a serial entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience across both IT and e-retail, spent a lot of time working closely with small businesses. He led the expansion of Novator Systems Canada into Asia, serving as their Managing Director for 8 years before founding GCI Network which he led for another 8 years. Throughout his entire career, Cory was inspired by the resilience and determination of small business owners.

The one consistent challenge he noticed was that many of them struggled with their digital marketing which led him to start Webware and solve these problems.

Cory has over 16 years of experience with helping businesses find success online. Working with large brands like American Express and Shopify helping launch into international markets. Cory has also successfully started, ran and exited his own e-commerce startup in the prepaid gift card space. Cory can provide help on business strategy, high performance team building, management strategy, idea validation, company operations systems, automation, business models, crisis management, customer success strategies, digital marketing technologies and much more.

Indrajit brings 25 years of software development experience working with startups in SaaS, e-commerce, viral gaming, and social media. His core focus areas during this time were making the right technology decisions based on the constraints in force, creating software and teams that were multi-disciplinary and resource efficient, choosing the right balance between building and buying and knowing when to say no.

Priya J Berde leads the customer success teams that support thousands of Webware users across the globe. Since joining Webware, Priya has overseen the team’s assurgent growth, scaling processes while ensuring excellent Customer Experience. Prior to joining Webware, Priya held positions at Royal Bank of Scotland, Future Group and Accenture where she managed Change and Business Transformation projects in the area of strategic organizational alignment, process re-engineering, and technology enablement. Priya brings with her 16 years of experience in banking, retail and IT.

Director of Sales

Grant Whitely leads the sales team and brings a great energy and positive family vibe to Webware. He has been in the tech world for the last decade, and has been in sales his entire life from starting his own mobile candy shop in elementary school to moving through the rankings for one of Canada's largest telecom providers. Over this time he has worked with hundred of entrepreneurs and sales talents across the GTA to build and develop teams and processes that are proven to promote growth for his colleagues, company and clients. He is dedicated to providing an enthusiastic positive work environment that promotes personal growth, career opportunity, and most of all somewhere you are PROUD to tell people you work.

Adam brings a wealth of industry-agnostic sales and leadership experience to the team. He didn't waste any time getting his career started and making a name for himself as he built a Direct Sales organization of 300 reps in 12 cities across Canada at just 21 years old--- and he's been building companies, divisions and leading sales teams ever since. An entrepreneurial self-starter, Adam takes immense pride in bringing track record, unparalleled excitement, lofty goals and brazen vision to the table and cites Webware.io as the best opportunity he has ever undertaken.

Ewan has 30+ year career leading Marketing, Customer Experience, Service Design & Product Initiatives. As Webware's VP of Digital, Ewan is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Marketing & Lead Generation Teams. For the majority of his career, Ewan has worked in a consultative role to numerous Fortune 500 Companies including; Bell Canada, FTD, adidas, BMW, and NHL. Ewan most recently led the strategy and implementation for all Customer-Facing Digital Channels including E and M-commerce for a 600+ location beverage alcohol retailer.
