JOB TITLE: QA ANALYST
DEPARTMENT: CUSTOMER SUCCESS
REPORTING TO: DIRECTOR OF SERVICE DELIVERY
LOCATION: INDIA
WORK HOURS: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with QA manager & the development team for testing
- Ensure that testing methods are of high quality, and conducted in an efficient manner
- Understanding the requirement for the project and deriving Test cases
- Deriving and preparing test data
- Executing Test Cases and finding bugs, bug reporting & tracking
- Ability to meet timelines for individual projects/ tasks assigned
SKILLS AND QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:
- Good at manual testing
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a group setting and as an individual contributor
- Ability to prioritize work and execute tasks accordingly
- Ability to perform and deal with stressful situations and strict deadlines
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years’ work experience as a QA Analyst
